What materials do we use?
All mushrooms and other handmade charms are individually made out of polymer clay and adorned with authentic Swarovski crystals and coated with resin for a glossy and durable finish. All of our chains are either 14k gold filled, 14k gold plated over stainless steel or 925 Sterling silver plated over stainless steel. Our chains are tarnish resistant, but if you wear your necklace everyday, in the shower, to the beach, to pilates, etc. Eventually, it will begin to tarnish.

Are custom orders available?
Custom orders are available upon email request. Please feel free to browse our website and instagram for inspiration of cute custom orders that have been made for other Lillie Shop customers. Custom orders typically start at $100 and can be as collaborative as you like. I absolutely love making cusotm unique pieces for customers, best friends, birthday gifts, girlfriend/boyfriend presents, etc. Please email with the subject ‘Custmo Order Request’ to info@lillieshop.com !

Do we offer chain replacements?
Yes, if you loved your necklace a little too hard and the chain has started to tarnish, please email info@lillieshop.com for pricing and information.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes, Lillie Shop will repair any handmade charm that has taken a tumble and needs a fix. We offer repairs free of charge and repairs turnaround typically takes a week.

Shipping information:
Handmade items can take 5-7 business days to process. Our standard turn around time is between 3-5 business days, but certain orders require additional attention and care and may take a tiny bit longer.

Additionally, Lillie Shop is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged after they are mailed. Once we deliver packages to the post office, they are completely out of our hands and out of our control. Please note, items are rarely damaged or lost in the mail.

What if I need my order ASAP?
If you need your order to be shipped immediately, please email info@lillieshop.com and we will do my best to get your to the post office as fast as humanly possible! If we are unable to meet your delivery time request, we will let you know ASAP.

Returns and Exchanges:
Since all of our items are individually handmade, we do not offer returns (unless your item is damaged). If you’d like to exchange your item for store credit, please email info@lillieshop.com for information on exchanges and store credit.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however please understand you may be charged custom fees depending on the country that receives the order. Custom costs are completely out of our control and determined by the receiving country and Lillie Shop is not liable for the cost incurred from customs fees.
